Responsibility

Design & maintain Business Process:
-

Analyze and design the “to-be” business processes for Cash Management operations. Document the business processes.
-

-
Assist in identification and resolution of gaps between new and existing Cash Management business processes and applications.
-

Assist in the implementation of new business processes or modifications to existing processes.

Identify and define Business/Customer requirements:
-

Develop Cash Management system requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community

Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify customer requirements.

Liaise with business community for capturing and validation of business requirements

-
Set up and maintain the Requirements and Traceability deliverable or by using any requirements management tool.
-

Serve as a liaison to the business community. Participate in a user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.

Serve as a resource for the change enablement team as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products.

Assist in System/Application design specifications:

Assist in translating business requirements into Cash Management system specifications.
-
-
-
Identify and define banking system functionalities, non-fuctionalities, data models, and integration use cases.
-
-

Assist in analyzing and researching new and existing systems/products, procedures, and/or workflow needs associated with business systems.
-

Participate in transitioning the specifications and use cases to the tech designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the business & system development requirements and new features that are expected to be developed

Assist with the definition and drafting of systems scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application/system.

Assist in Validation & Testing:
-

Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.
-

Participate in quality management reviews in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.

Liaise and communicate clearly with business community for to-be process implementation and training, as applicable.

Create documentation for business users to be used as user manuals or guides for the new business processes and workflows.
Requirement

Knowledge, Experience
-
- Experience in banking IT systems, Cash Management platforms, payment and financial transaction processing.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, API integrations, and regulatory compliance in banking technology.
- Experience in system analysis within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks.
- Recommended years of experience: 10 + years in system analysis or related field.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- TOGAF, ITIL, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification preferred.
