Responsiblities:

  • Manage the Bank's KYC and customer due diligence framework to ensure effective AML/CFT risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide AML/CFT advisory and oversight on customer onboarding, periodic reviews, EDD, and high-risk customer relationships.
  • Monitor AML/CFT risks and control effectiveness, and implement enhancements to policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Coordinate AML/CFT and KYC-related matters with business units, Head Office, auditors, and regulators.
  • Prepare management and regulatory reports, and provide risk insights to support governance and decision-making.
  • Support the development of team capabilities and promote a strong compliance and risk culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Bank's KYC and AML/CFT framework and provide guidance to team members on compliance and risk matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in AML/CFT, KYC, compliance, or risk management.
  • Sound knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, KYC requirements, and customer risk management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively with regulators and internal stakeholders.
