Tailored Advisory & Deal Support

• Design and deliver bespoke pitch materials tailored to client needs, incorporating capital markets insights and trade ideas originated within CM&S
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support transaction structuring, pricing analysis, and client proposals

Origination & Execution

• Support origination efforts by identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
• Assist in the end-to-end execution of transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, documentation, and internal approvals
• Contribute to pipeline development and deal tracking to support revenue growth

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Partner with senior bankers to maintain and deepen client relationships through ongoing engagement and follow-ups
• Act as a key liaison between CM&S and internal stakeholders, including Coverage, Credit, Securities, and Global Markets teams
• Facilitate alignment across functions to ensure efficient execution and delivery of client solutions

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields from a leading university
• At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or corporate finance
• Self-starter with proven ability to multi-task across clients and projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset to support the ambitions of the new unit
• Knowledge of basic accounting, credit and financial concepts
• Strong communication skills and keenness to engage with clients
