            KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 
- Responsible for design, create and delivery of credit & skills training programs and evaluate effectiveness of training; including administration and logistics matters (both in-person and virtual training).
- Start from credit and coporate banking programs, especially on the internal credit procedures and system operation.
- Create blended learning contents collaborating with eLearning team.
- Create credit related traiing programs and lead long-term programs and projects.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts in othe departments to conduct focus workshops / classes
- Continuously looks for ways to improve training programs to ensure relevance of content and effectiveness.
- Take on the role of Learning Branch Partner for Asia Division to assist in identofication of training needs a the branch level as well as to provide guidance and advice on Team SMBC Survey initiatives, Monthly Productivity Report, etc.
- Provide support and lead L&D Projects.
- Any other jobs as assigned by superior & assist other facilitators / planning team.
