AVP, Credit Trainer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Responsible for design, create and delivery of credit & skills training programs and evaluate effectiveness of training; including administration and logistics matters (both in-person and virtual training).
    2. Start from credit and coporate banking programs, especially on the internal credit procedures and system operation.
    3. Create blended learning contents collaborating with eLearning team.
    4. Create credit related traiing programs and lead long-term programs and projects.
    5. Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts in othe departments to conduct focus workshops / classes
    6. Continuously looks for ways to improve training programs to ensure relevance of content and effectiveness.
    7. Take on the role of Learning Branch Partner for Asia Division to assist in identofication of training needs a the branch level as well as to provide guidance and advice on Team SMBC Survey initiatives, Monthly Productivity Report, etc.
    8. Provide support and lead L&D Projects.
    9. Any other jobs as assigned by superior & assist other facilitators / planning team.
