JOB SUMMARY          

 

Assume responsibilities positively and proactively by assisting the Head of PLN in performing his/her duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. To perform incident investigations and analysis by working closely with stakeholders:
    1. Ensure the adherence of relevant Framework,
    2. Ensure that root causes are correctly and exhaustively identified,
    3. Ensure that preventive measures are effective in mitigating risk of recurrence.

 

  1. To improve ORM Framework in SSC by
    1. Work with all departments of SSC to complete the RCSA
    2. Be central point of contact of SSC to liaise with insourcing branches on RCSA matter
    3. Define and execute Key Control Testing (KCT) with regular reporting to management

 

  1. To execute In-Office Inspection according to the Head Office rules.

 
  1. Ensure timely escalation to Supervisor/Management in case of any issues.

 

  1. To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

 

  1. To relief or cover duties of staff members in the department in his/her absence.
