AVP, Operations Planning - Outsourcing Management and Expatriate Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate outsourcing governance activities, including due diligence, risk assessments, and periodic reviews.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain outsourcing inventory, documentation, and management reports.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and control functions on outsourcing matters.
  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory requests related to outsourcing.
  • Improve operational efficiency and consistency in expatriate benefits administration
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency, reduce rework, and maintain compliance in daily operations while supporting overall service quality.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate expatriate benefits operations
  • Deliver high-quality and consistent expatriate benefits services by effectively managing housing, onboarding/offboarding processes, and reimbursement handling, while maintaining alignment with internal guidelines and enhancing overall service effectiveness

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of banking operations and administrative experience
  • Knowledge of outsourcing governance, risk management, or vendor management is preferred.
  • Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of administrative processes with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in Japanese Language is an advantage
