AVP, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Reporting to and working with Regional Headquarter Department
  1. Implementing and operationalizing the TPRM framework to support APAC branches.
  1. Supporting APAC branches TPRM process i.e. vendor onboarding, ongoing monitoring, update, termination etc.
  1. Working closely with TPRM PICs of APAC offices to manage TPRM process holistically and effectively.
  1. Providing guidance & support to Contract Owners in APAC branches on TPRM process.
  1. Administering the consolidated APAC TPRM Register.
  1. Supporting in process enhancement/ project as necessary.

 

OTHERS

  1. To perform other duties as assigned by the Management and HOD.
  1. To relief or cover duties of staff members in the department in his/her absence.
  1. Ensure timely escalation to HOD/Management in case of any issues.

 

Working Experience (Years / Type)

  1. At least 7 to 10 years working experience in banking or financial services, during which at least 5 years were in the capacity of Third-Party Risk Management and other Risk Management area
  2. Experience of managing risk and control assessment
  3. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for a bank
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Working experience in a regional role is an added advantageous
