AVP, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to and working with Regional Headquarter Department
- Implementing and operationalizing the TPRM framework to support APAC branches.
- Supporting APAC branches TPRM process i.e. vendor onboarding, ongoing monitoring, update, termination etc.
- Providing guidance & support to Contract Owners in APAC branches on TPRM process.
- Administering the consolidated APAC TPRM Register.
- Supporting in process enhancement/ project as necessary.
OTHERS
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Management and HOD.
- To relief or cover duties of staff members in the department in his/her absence.
- Ensure timely escalation to HOD/Management in case of any issues.
Working Experience (Years / Type)
- At least 7 to 10 years working experience in banking or financial services, during which at least 5 years were in the capacity of Third-Party Risk Management and other Risk Management area
- Experience of managing risk and control assessment
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for a bank
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working experience in a regional role is an added advantageous
