Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Trade Finance operations and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, management reporting, and regulatory submissions.
- Manage offshore operations, including service delivery, SLA adherence, quality standards, and issue resolution.
- Strengthen operational controls through transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Lead risk and control governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce operational risk, and support business growth.
- Manage operational incidents and remediation, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
- Provide SME support on risk, AML, compliance, and process design for new products, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop data analytics and productivity reporting, including capacity planning, performance metrics, and management insights.
- Enhance customer service standards by managing stakeholder communication, resolving client inquiries, and driving service improvements.
- Lead team development and engagement, including knowledge sharing, succession planning, business continuity, and operational resilience initiatives.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
