Job Responsibilities

• Support deal leader in execution of specific deals throughout the project cycle in close co-operation with sponsor coverage bankers and middle / back office departments (booking entity, portfolio management team, etc.), as well as operational departments, Legal, Compliance, Loan Distribution, Loan Execution, and Loan Agency
• Preparation of marketing materials, review of NDAs, pitches for mandate, deal structuring, term sheet and documentation support, handling of credit application, middle-back & admin support including loan administration and KYC processes
• Provide support for internal coordination and sponsor‑related business, and operational tasks, such as database creation, conducting market analyses, and preparing presentations and reports.
• Recommend senior member of SPDA of options regarding client portfolio reviews and assess existing clients’ needs and identify potential targets
• Support senior member of SPDA in conducting research on borrowers, markets and lenders using market information and sources to present to customers and internal management in a clear and compelling way
• Comply with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures, regulations and guidelines Initiate wider initiatives internally and externally not limited to specific role

Job Requirements

• University degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of relevant working experience
• Good written and communications skills
• Good understanding of credit analysis process
• Financial modelling skills
• Ability to work independently on jobs assigned
• Positive personality with strong work ethics
• Enthusiasm & desire to work in Fund Finance
