Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage APAC Fit & Proper processes, including background checks for candidates and continual monitoring for existing employees
  • Liaise with background/ credit checks vendors on day-to-day processing and provide support to Team’s Head in vendor relationship management matters
  • Manage Singapore SFA/FAA and MAS 753 regulated role registration, changes and cessation
  • Manage Singapore Conflict of Interest processes like Outside Employment and Relationship at Work
  • Liaise with the businesses and Compliance on the administrations above
  • Support Team’s Head in HR Risk and Compliance service level monitoring and reporting
  • Manage HR Risk and Compliance procedures manual maintenance
  • Support Team’s Head in any regulatory or internal/ external audit, inspection on the team’s processes
  • Drive continuous improvements on the team’s processes
  • Involve in adhoc HR projects as assigned from time to time

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in Risk and Compliance
  • Degree in relevant field
  • Meticulous and detailed-oriented
  • Good with processes
