  1. Managing the entire training & development needs - Conducting the training and business need assessment, designing the training plan, managing the documents and the training budget and keeping a track of the training plan
  2. Liaison with the Regional Training Centre & Regional HR for annual training plan, training interventions & projects
  3. Identifying and engaging of new training consultants based on the prevalent needs.
  4. Design and implement a comprehensive induction plan for engaging and effective onboarding of new hires
  5. Preparing and presenting proposals to Management and senior stakeholders
  6. Assisting in execution of Organizational Developments interventions for the branch.
  7. Managing the database of the branch, regular updates to the Management in form of monthly dashboards
  8. Driving participation for Employee Engagement Surveys along with analysis, communication of the results to relevant stakeholders and implementation of action plans
  9. Managing the Rewards & Recognition program including inviting & collating nominations, drawing comparisons and making presentations to the Management along with conducting the award felicitation ceremony.
  10. Conduct employee engagement activities, reviewing the policies and procedures etc.
  11. Provide support in driving the D&I agenda for the organization.
  12. Tracking and forecasting of the training related expenses and budget on a monthly basis
  13. Managing the Internal Audit which takes place for the branch.
  14. Seeking alternate ways of doing things and constantly striving for improvement by actively contributing improvement solutions to the team
