JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the entire training & development needs - Conducting the training and business need assessment, designing the training plan, managing the documents and the training budget and keeping a track of the training plan
- Liaison with the Regional Training Centre & Regional HR for annual training plan, training interventions & projects
- Identifying and engaging of new training consultants based on the prevalent needs.
- Design and implement a comprehensive induction plan for engaging and effective onboarding of new hires
- Preparing and presenting proposals to Management and senior stakeholders
- Assisting in execution of Organizational Developments interventions for the branch.
- Managing the database of the branch, regular updates to the Management in form of monthly dashboards
- Driving participation for Employee Engagement Surveys along with analysis, communication of the results to relevant stakeholders and implementation of action plans
- Managing the Rewards & Recognition program including inviting & collating nominations, drawing comparisons and making presentations to the Management along with conducting the award felicitation ceremony.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, reviewing the policies and procedures etc.
- Provide support in driving the D&I agenda for the organization.
- Tracking and forecasting of the training related expenses and budget on a monthly basis
- Managing the Internal Audit which takes place for the branch.
- Seeking alternate ways of doing things and constantly striving for improvement by actively contributing improvement solutions to the team
