Job Responsibilities

Scrutiny of Trade documents pertaining to all Trade Products.

Checking of all the clauses/contents of Import LC issuance & LC amendment.

Processing of import/export transactions on core banking.

To check & send the sale/purchase reporting for FCY transactions to the Treasury front office, Exchange Position reconciliation with Treasury Front office team.

Checking & sending of RBI & other regulatory reporting to be send as per set frequency.

Checking & managing of proper house-keeping of all the files/ documents on daily basis

Data submission with regards to Internal / external audit for the department and ensuring all returns pertaining to the Team are submitted in time.

Process improvements in areas of responsibility.

Any other Responsibility allocated time to time by management

Co-ordination with Central Hub at Delhi Ops for processing and RMs for clients transactions.

Responsible for handling customer queries.

Data submission with regards to Internal / external audit for the department and ensuring all returns pertaining to the Team are submitted in time.

Process improvements in areas of responsibility.
