Key Responsibilities

Own the design and delivery of the end-state Transaction Banking data catalogue.

Ensure alignment between product data, operational data, and financial / risk data.

Define and govern standard data definitions, metrics, hierarchies, and taxonomies across front and back-office domains.

Support Operational Excellence Analytics, by defining data models and metrics to manage end-to-end TB process performance, including onboarding, servicing, fulfillment, and operations.

Support Product Design through the development of data-driven product roadmaps, providing insight generation and trend analysis.

Define the TB dashboard strategy, ensuring dashboards are consistent, scalable, and decision-focused, serving both strategic oversight and day-to-day operational management

Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure benefits realisation and sustainability.

Who we are looking for

5-7 years of working experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Banking Transformation roles.

Understanding of Transaction Banking products and processes (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending, Treasury) is a plus.

Strong ownership and accountability mindset.

Pragmatic, resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in data catalogue design, information architecture, or enterprise reporting frameworks; capability in translating business and operational needs into analytics and dashboard solutions.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments; Experience with analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
