Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate Human Resources related initiatives in cooperation with subsidiaries in areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) activities.

  • Develop and implement Human Resources related projects to boost employee engagement through Learning & Development programs and DE&I initiatives and activities.

  • Coordinate and facilitate Human Resources related matters between head office and subsidiary such as training nominations and employer branding.

  • Review key indicators within Human Resources areas and recommend measures to enhance sustainability of business and operations and mitigate risks.

  • Formulate strategic plans to promote effectiveness of governance oversight and controls through implementation of continuous improvement measures in banking supporting functions for example, audit, compliance, regulatory and risk management.

  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in reporting and providing periodic concise/risk-focused input and updates to senior management on risk and control related matters.

  • Monitor achievement of key performance indicators and promote effectiveness in risk and control environments.

  • Support strategic projects such as participating in due diligence processes and project management during post-merger integration.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma qualifications with minimum 3-5 years working experience in the Banking and Finance sector with experience in managing Human Resources and planning related matters.

  • Well-versed in Human Resources related activities/processes such as talent acquisitions, talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits.

  • Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and DE&I related initiatives/activities.

  • Sound knowledge of Human Resources practices, HR analytics, banking operation, compliance, regulatory, and internal control issues.

  • Strong experience in project coordination and experiences in supporting subsidiaries from Head Office or regional office role will be highly desirable. 

  • Strong analytical skills supported by good problem solving and logical reasoning capabilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management with the ability to process multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail, and ability to work independently. 

  • Strong collaboration and team playing abilities, with an ability to manage projects and work with cross-functional teams across different countries.

  • Proactive with adaptability to change, and ability to implement innovative and value-adding initiatives with a strong drive for continuous improvement in strengthening quality of controls.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written) including excellent presentation skills, effective cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in English is a must, while ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia would be advantageous as you will work closely with counterparts in Indonesia on HR and planning matters.
