AVP / VP, Maritime Financing, Transportation Department

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in arranging maritime finance transactions from deal sourcing, drafting term sheet, writing credit analysis reports, producing cashflow projections, reviewing documentation, until closing
• Assist in secondary sale transactions and loan transfers to actively manage the maritime finance portfolio
• Prepare and process credit-related reviews, waiver requests and covenant checks
• Meet market players together with Senior RMs and produce meeting reports or presentation decks
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, assisting in department administrative tasks and other ancillary tasks which may be assigned
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments such as credit, legal, internal audit, and other functions where relevant

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Min 3 years in banking or accounting or related field with good track record
• Knowledge in banking business and interest for the maritime industry
• Financial modelling and ability to perform finanacial statements analysis
• Able to prepare marketing and presentation material via powerpoint or other appropriate tools 
• Able to communicate effectively and a team player
• Able to adapt quickly and multi-task efficiently
