Job Responsibilities

  1. Review of Credit Appraisal Memoranda of new and existing loans to ensure the accuracy of all financial details and compliance with the Bank’s procedures
  2. Risk Identification & Mitigation with respect to credit proposals and ensuring high credit quality
  3. Adherence of credit proposals to Head Office policies & procedures and local regulatory requirement.
  4. Closely work with the Business team to structure credit limits for corporate clients
  5. Continuous review of the bank’s credit strategy, prepare recommendations for changes in products, credit limits and other terms and conditions and levels of exposure to particular market segments or customers
  6. Self-Assessment and continuous monitoring of sanctioned limits.
  7. Periodic internal and external reporting to HO and RBI, including self- assessment
  8. Knowledge - The candidates are expected to also have a high numeric ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  9. Skills – Good understanding on Financial & Ratio analysis; Strong numerical and financial skills with the ability to interpret financial information and able to design and use financial models; Ability to understand and assess the effects of industry developments on the portfolio; Positive attitude towards learning and adapting to new processes
  10. Experience – 7- 9 years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
  11. Qualifications – Chartered / Cost Accountant or MBA -Finance , IBA/NIBM certified courses will be additional plus point
