- Engage with business users to elicit review and update business requirement. Analyse "To Be" business and operation processes in the new platform
- Facilitate workshops with end users on requirements gathering.
- Be the lead PMO in AML projects / initiatives to manage the objective and deliverables for KYC Projects
- Collaborate with IT Business Analyst to ensure the requirements is understood and documented. Facilitating UAT Testing with Technology team(s) for the rollout of KYC enhancements.
- Support Global Client Lifecycle Management project Implementation across branches / entities, follow up and investigation of any project issues and defects with Technology team
- Engage and communicate with key stakeholders/senior management to provide regular updates / report of progress of project, key risks and issues.
- Prepare user training material and support user training.
Job Requirements
- Degree or equivalent
- Certification in Project Management is a plus
- Experience in managing AML/KYC projects is essential
- Prior project management experience in managing IT, digitalization and/or process improvement projects in FI is a plus
- Some experience in applying Agile in projects
- Good knowledge of IT systems used in the banking industry
- Ability to lead functional and end-to-end projects
- Confidence in leading discussions with senior management, building consensus and influence change
- Ability to bridge between business needs and technical requirements
- Collaborative and a good listener to understand businesses need
- Ability to multitask and work on tight timelines
