Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage change initiatives within the operations team, focusing on process improvements, system integrations, and operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to implement best practices in credit and loans operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure staff are equipped to adapt to changes in processes and systems.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify and address any resistance to change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in the payments landscape, ensuring that our operations remain compliant and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations within the credit and loans domains, preferably with a focus on change management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of credit and loans processing systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
