Key Responsibilities

Support End-to-End Process Ownership & Analysis in areas such as Transaction Banking, Cash and Liquidity Management, Treasury and Trade Finance.

Lead the design of customer-centric TB journeys with a focus on cycle time reduction, straight-through processing, and service quality.

Partner with Product and Operations teams to align process, policy, and technology changes.

Own and drive analysis of front-to-back Transaction Banking processes, including client onboarding, servicing, fulfillment, and operational execution.

Define target-state process designs and operating model improvements aligned with TB strategy and growth ambitions.

Identify structural inefficiencies, duplication, manual touchpoints, and control weaknesses, and drive improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Support the definition of capability maturity benchmarks across our core markets.

Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure benefits realisation and sustainability.

Who we are looking for

7–10+ years of working experience in Transaction Banking, Operations, Consulting, or Transformation roles.

Proven experience in process re-engineering, operating model optimisation, or large-scale transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with transaction banking products (Cash, Trade Finance, Treasury, Liquidity Management) is a plus.

Highly analytical, structured, and outcome-driven.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including at senior management level.

Strong technology literacy with the ability to challenge solution design and delivery complexity.

Solid working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Pragmatic, resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
