Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to India Division
- Plan, organize and manage schedules, meetings, and logistics related to business trips (inbound and outbound) for the Division
- Processing of all invoices received by members of the Division
- Preparation and finalization of internal requests
- Act as reliever for Executive Assistant to Head of India Division
- Supporting in preparing MIS and presentations for internal reporting
- Support day-to-day administrative operations of the Division
- Follow up on our meeting requests with external stakeholders
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of prior work experience in administrative or secretarial roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and guidance
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Japanese language is advantageous as the role requires frequent communication with Japanese stakeholders in Tokyo Head Office.
