Job Responsibilities
• Own and manage end-to-end executive support, including complex calendar coordination, meeting management, and stakeholder alignment across regions
• Manage operational activities including project tracking, resource coordination, vendor management, contract administration, and budget tracking
• Design, establish, and maintain structured SharePoint and Teams environments, including document standardization, access controls, and knowledge management
• Standardize operational workflows by developing SOPs, templates, and governance frameworks to reduce manual and ad-hoc work
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively drive process improvements, eliminating duplication and dependency on individuals
• Design and implement automation solutions using available tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot) to improve operational efficiency
• Establish structured intake, tracking, and reporting mechanisms for requests, tasks, and deliverables across DMO
• Prepare and manage governance meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, minutes, and action tracking, with a focus on efficiency and standardization
