Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of Credit Memos
- Analyze deal structures, collateral performance, and counterparties to identify and mitigate potential credit risks.
- Prepare credit memos and risk reports for internal stakeholders and senior management
- Collaboration with relevant departments:
- Support internal coordination with various departments (front office, legal, and compliance teams) and perform operational to ensure a cohesive approach to credit risk management.
- Facilitation of High-Quality Risk Assessments:
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide early warning indicators for deteriorating credits.
- Assist in conducting thorough credit risk assessments and evaluations, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the process.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and best practices
- Contribution to Enhancement of Grading Methodologies and Policy Recommendations:
- Assist in the review and application of internal credit grading methodologies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and the bank’s strategic objectives and risk appetite
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in credit risk, project finance, or structured finance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of credit analysis processes, including risk assessment and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to work independently with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of initiative
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and high professional integrity.
