Job Responsibilities

  1. Preparation of Credit Memos
    • Analyze deal structures, collateral performance, and counterparties to identify and mitigate potential credit risks.
    • Prepare credit memos and risk reports for internal stakeholders and senior management
  2. Collaboration with relevant departments:
    • Support internal coordination with various departments (front office, legal, and compliance teams) and perform operational to ensure a cohesive approach to credit risk management.
  3. Facilitation of High-Quality Risk Assessments:
    • Monitor portfolio performance and provide early warning indicators for deteriorating credits.
    • Assist in conducting thorough credit risk assessments and evaluations, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the process.
    • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and best practices
  4. Contribution to Enhancement of Grading Methodologies and Policy Recommendations:
    • Assist in the review and application of internal credit grading methodologies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and the bank’s strategic objectives and risk appetite

 Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in credit risk, project finance, or structured finance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of credit analysis processes, including risk assessment and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of initiative
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and high professional integrity.
