Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficient execution of offshored processes, overseeing service level agreements, and quality standards.
- Managing and mitigating risks associated with customer instructions / transactions.
- Accurate processing of various instructions adhere to banking regulations, policies and service level agreements to maintain operational excellence.
- Assist and support inquiries and ensuring positive customer experience.
- New Product Discussion and Process Improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field and/or minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit initiative to raise issues to direct manager / management and the ability to deliver value added support, identify problems & propose solutions.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exhibit a strong and thorough understanding of risk & control, service oversight and customer / banking service.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing customer account.
- Excellent communication with experience in operation process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially MS Power Query) are added advantages.
