Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adequate and accurate user access controls are implemented.
2. Perform reviews on system and application access matrix.
3. Perform reviews and reconciliation of user IDs and accesses.
4. Perform regular monitoring of outgoing emails based on SLA and SMBC’s Rules for Managing Information.
5. Assist in developing, reviewing and execution of information security policies, standard and procedures of SMC branches/subsidiaries as well as regulations.
6. Ensure timely escalation to Team Lead, Deputy Head or Head of Department in case of any issues.
7. To perform other duties as assigned by the Head or Deputy Head of Department/Management from time to time.
8. Appointed as Security Officer.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree in IT/Information Security or equivalent.
• Experience in Access Management/Security Administration will be an added advantage.
• Possess CompTIA Security A+, ITIL v4 Foundation or equivalent/higher will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable to work staggered hours (on weekly rotation basis).
