JOB SUMMARY 

 

To promote and support Trade and Transaction Banking service and related products with objective to expand customer relationship, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and to support busines growth.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Documentation and registration, inclusive of day-to-day team administrative related matters.
  2. Supporting TTBD on all related matters, including but not limited to Implementation, Product and Sales.
  3. Working closely with Regional Service Team to achieve APAC standardised KPI.
  4. Supporting Regulary Reporting and Data Governance.
  5. Supporting the review of Procedure Manual.
  6. Single point of contact for enquiries and escalations.
  7. Supporting client enquiries on Payments related matters.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum 1-3 years of Cash Management/Client Service Experience, particularly in Banking. Operation/Product knowledge will be an added advantage. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  2. Strong customer centric mindset and team player.
  3. Strong communication skill to manage key relationships internally & externally.
  4. Good command of spoken and written English and Malay, Japanese speaking will be an added advantage.
