(a)    Knowledge of corporate banking products and processes, RBI regulations, Customer Service guidelines / aspects,
(b)    Customer Relationship / Communication skills, Customer Service orientation, Good communication skills, Team player with logical reasoning and proactive approach towards work, Proficient in MS Office suite, Good relationship building skills.
(c)    Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Bank or Financial Institution in Customer Service, Operations, or similar department.
(d)    Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BMS / MBA preferred).
