Asset Management - Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals.
•    Oversee the asset management platform's operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
•    Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory bodies.
•    Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for platform enhancements and new product offerings.
•    Lead and mentor the asset management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
•    Prepare and present reports on platform performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
•    Ensure effective risk management practices are in place across the asset management platform.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•    Minimum of years of experience in asset management or a related field, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
•    Experience in establishing asset management platforms including regulatory governance and fiduciary risk controls, investment governance and product distribution  
•    Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset management operations.
•    Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
•    Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects effectively.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
•    Proficient in relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
