Assistant Vice President, Credit Operations Services (COS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review & check loan documentation to ensure credit terms comply with credit approvals and term sheets.
• Instruct and liase with Bank's internal Stakeholder on various matters including non-standard security form, documents etc.
• Review and ensure that all the responsibilities and operational aspects are appropriately incorporated into the facility and security agreements.
• Responsible to ensure all Pre & Post conditions precedent are met before disbursement.
• Creation of loan shell/limit within credit approval.
• Follow up with relationship managers / operations department on outstanding documentations /conditions subsequent.
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely submission of credit related report to the authority.
Other Responsibilities such as;
• Build the competency and skills set of the team to improve efficiency and productivity as well as to achieve better internal customer service delivery.
• People Management / SLA Management
• To ensure no breach in regulatory conditions & SLA are met and tasks are completed on time.
• To observed and ensure compliance to PDPA, FSA on Customer Secrecy and Management of Customer Information and Permitted Disclosure in the course of work.
• Attend monthly business dialogue meeting with branch, business unit and IT to review the process and highlight any process gap to be identify as well as reviewing team performance.
• Perform Post Implementation review on project efficiency and FTE saving on existing process.
• Review existing process to identify process gap and proposed for process streamline/automation.
