Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Singapore SFA/FAA and MAS 753 regulated role registration, changes and cessation, ensuring timely completion and alignment with regulatory requirements
- Manage Conflict of Interest processes, including Outside Employment and Relationship at Work, with appropriate governance, documentation and stakeholder follow-up
- Provide oversight of Fit & Proper processes, including candidate background checks and continual monitoring for existing employees, ensuring issues are appropriately tracked and escalated
- Support the Team Lead in administering Risk, Compliance and Conduct Incident (RCCI) communications, including coordination, tracking and timely execution of required actions
- Support the Team Lead in vendor relationship management, including service level monitoring, issue resolution and liaison with Fit & Proper check vendors
- Engage with business stakeholders and control functions, including Compliance, to address operational queries, support regulatory processes and ensure alignment on HR compliance requirements
- Maintain HR Compliance Operations procedures, ensuring documentation remains current, clear and aligned with applicable regulatory and internal requirements
- Support the Team Lead in regulatory, internal or external audits, inspections and reviews, including preparation of information, coordination of responses and follow-through on agreed actions
- Facilitate regulatory surveys from regulators, coordinating with internal stakeholder inputs and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen process efficiency, control effectiveness and employee experience
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, including regional process enhancements, governance activities and operational change implementation
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in HR operations, HR compliance or risk and control processes, preferably with exposure to regulated role management
- Strong attention to detail, analytical reasoning and ability to exercise sound judgement in operational and compliance matters
- Ability to identify process gaps and support practical continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working in a large, complex and fast-paced organisation, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally and clearly
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, ownership attitude and commitment to high-quality delivery
