Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain high availabilities on the SMBC SSC, SMBCMY and SMBC LBN critical application systems.
2. Ensure IT equipment such as PC, printer, laptop, servers and network devices such as switches, router, modem and etc are always in good conditions.
3. Ensure good IT governance on daily operations.
4. Provide help desk support to end-users when necessary.
5. Assist the manager in managing the scheduling for the implementation of various application systems.
6. Participates in the development, documentation, communication, testing, and periodic review and revision of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
7. Assist the manager in managing the scheduling for the implementation of various application systems.
8. Assist Primary Inventory person in charge to update Server inventory on regular basis.
9. To plan and coordinate H.O and local projects.

Job Requirements
1. Degree or Diploma in IT or Computer Science
2. Minimum 3 years experiences in IT infrastructure (advantage in Financial Institution), working in DR capacity.
3. Wintel technical support / configurations / installations.
4. Non-windows operating systems (Linux / UNIX) support / configurations / installations.
5. Virtualization / hyperconverged infrastructure technical support / configurations / installations.
6. Computer / server networking.
