Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow cash management and transaction banking business across South India.
  • Work closely with product and relationship team to create new client pipeline, provide advisory and consultative solutions to clients to win new cash management business for the bank.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships including product pitching, deal structuring, product usage & revenue realisation
  • Liaise with internal departments and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery and servicing of solutions.
  • Identify market trends, client needs and provide market feedback to product teams to enhance solution offerings.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in transaction banking, ideally with a focus on cash management sales.
  • Strong understanding of Indian banking laws, cash management and trade business, payments and collections solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with large corporate clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Indian banking and regulatory environment is a plus.
