Responsibilities:
- To provide advice and respond to enquiries relating to credit and security documents.
- To validate corporate and security documents (i.e. legality and enforceability of documents, signature verification).
- To check, register, record, scan and safekeep credit and security documents.
- To perform a sample check on physical credit and security documents kept in the vault.
- To perform a registration of a business security agreement with Department of Business Development (DBD).
- To handle the process of stamp duty payment on loan and security documents according to the required timeline.
- To handle a balance confirmation according to requests of an audit firm in relation to security part (corporate guarantee, fixed deposit, etc.).
- To be responsible for AMLO report for an immovable asset transaction (Form AMLO 1-02) in the system.
- To handle credit reports and escalate any exception to relevant parties including Management.
- To provide support as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related field.
- Related professional experience in Credit Administration, Credit Operation, Document Management on loan and security documents
- Proactive, detailed oriented and well organized.
- Good command of English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
