Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate concrete plans for the achievement of higher performance, and take charge of administration and management 
  • Develop specific measures for making efficient use ofgroup resources, and take charge of implementation 
  • Take charge of conducting and maintaining the moneylending business, and increasing deposits
  • Take charge of facilitation of domestic exchange transactions, foreign exchange transactions and other tasks
  • Strictly exercise profit management, and endeavor to assure and increase profits
  • Promote good relationship with customers or other business connections, and strive to establish foundations for achieving higher performance
  • Take charge of establishing and promoting a bank-wide cooperation business framework
  • Take charge of administering, managing and improving overall administrative affairs in the office.
  • Strive to develop better relationship in the office, stimulate morale
  • Develop and implement plans for education andtraining for subordinates, and provide guidance on and supervise performance of duties 

Requirements

  • At least a university‑level graduate degree
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Banking and Finance, including engagement in Corporate Banking, with demonstrated capability in leading and managing a small team
  • Proficiency in Japanese, together with strong written and verbal communication skills in English, is required for effective engagement with Japanese corporate clients and for the competent handling of Japanese‑language reports and financial statements.
  • Possesses an in‑depth understanding of the bank’s risk environment and regulatory framework, with a strong appreciation of the inherent risks involved in achieving objectives, and ensures rigorous adherence to established risk and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrates strong change‑management capability, supported by robust planning, organization, and time‑management skills, with the ability to articulate goals, set priorities and benchmarks, apply analytical thinking to drive process implementation, and build and nurture relationships across all levels.
  • Demonstrates the ability to derive Pareto‑optimal outcomes between profit and resource allocation, applies strategic and creative thinking in business management, and fosters a strong compliance‑first mindset within the team.
  • Possesses strong numerical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and develop financial models, complemented by a solid understanding of the functions and interactions of various departments and teams within the organization
