Product Delivery & Execution
- Lead the delivery of corporate banking product initiatives. Work with Product Design team from concept to go-live, ensuring alignment with business strategy, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure transition of the product into BAU and operational readiness
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
- Oversee project milestones, scope, and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation.
Test Management
- Own the E2E testing strategy of the product
- Preparation of Functional test cases and support preparation of Test Data as needed for specific functional test phases e.g. SIT, UAT, regression etc Act as the overall QA lead for specific initiatives to ensure the eventually product quality is in line with Business objectives. Work with IT (test execution) to ensure the overall KPI’s of testing, SLA’s and exit criteria’s are met successfully
Customer Migration
- Define the right Migration strategy as needed for a particular release of a program. Work with Business and Other stakeholders to align on the Customer migration approach across multiple countries, ensuring minimal co-existence of legacy vs new platform
- Work with various team to create detailed Migration Test cases along with Data set’s
- Work with Business, Client Implementation teams and other stakeholders to draft Customer Training plans, Client communications & help with client training workshops as needed.
- Lead the Migration from product perspective, reporting on key metrics such as adoption of new platform, Product usage etc
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements , communications as part of Customer Migration
Change management
- Ensure all product deliveries comply with internal risk, regulatory, and change governance frameworks.
- Ensure operational readiness for new product rollouts, including process design, documentation, training, and support setup.
- Maintain strong documentation, audit trails, and controls throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Conduct impact assessments and obtain necessary sign-offs from stakeholders.
Client Focus & Issue Resolution
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and client implementation teams to manage client-specific product delivery needs.
- Support resolution of client onboarding or post-implementation issues related to product setup and integration.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements to product delivery processes, reducing time to market and enhancing quality.
- Leverage Agile or hybrid methodologies to drive efficiency and responsiveness in product launches.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, with a focus on product delivery, project management, or implementation.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services (e.g., treasury, cash management, trade finance, FX, loans).
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex product initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking (e.g., KYC, AML, Basel, etc.)
Preferred Certifications:
- PMP / Prince2 / PMI-ACP
- Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe)
- Lean Six Sigma (optional)
