•    To control the market risk appropriately for the entire group portfolio
•    To maximize the performance of the entire group 
•    To develop trading capabirities in order to increase customer transactions
•    To expand investor business in order to diversify our revenue sources
•    To lead multiple projects in collaboration with related departments for the above purpose
•    To comply with all the bank’s rules and regularoty compliance requirements
•    To support APAC branches to improve quality and practice for trading
•    To provide leadership and mentorship to the group, promoting a culture of high ethics and continous improvement
