Job Responsibilities

• To plan and execute of the medium- and long-term development of the treasury business
• To oversee trading activities in Singapore and potentially other locations in APAC, including FX, fixed income and derivatives trading
• To manage Risk limit application and credit application for business expansion and continuity
• To manage expenses and office management for business expansion and continuity
• To ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• To lead multiple projects in collaboration with related departments
• To provide leadership and mentorship to the group, promoting a culture of high ethics and continous improvement

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or more degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering or a related field
• Strong understandign of banking regulations in major jurisdictions include Japan and Singapore
• 10+ years of experience in treasury or trading on global markets products
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
• Proficiency in Japanese language is preferred for regular communication with the head office in Japan as the reports and presentation will need to in Japanese
