Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of APAC Division-wide business strategy and lead alignment and planning process across business units in the organization
- Analyze financial and operational data to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current strategies and recommend improvements or corrective actions
- Translate and align the bank’s strategy into transformation activities & initiatives, and develop a clear roadmap in order to achieve the bank’s strategic and financial objective
- Play a key role in the company’s executive governance, including setting meeting agendas, and driving follow up actions.
- Lead execution and project management, holding the team accountable and ensuring that deadlines are met across high-priority, cross-functional projects
- Conduct periodic strategic environmental scanning and validate their impact on the organization’s strategy roadmap
- Tracking of strategic initiatives, implementing KPIs, and generating insights and reports to assess business performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging new ideas and approaches.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment of strategic initiatives throughout the organization by creating and implementing communication plans
- Provide support to the CEO’s Office on various tasks and activities from time to time, as required.

- Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen to understand complex market dynamics and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in market research and competitive analysis techniques
- Proficiency in using strategic planning software and tools.
- Strong project management skills to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work autonomously.
