Facility Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and building services to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Inspect and monitor building systems, facilities and equipment, including basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with building management, contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Support electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and other building systems.
• Support office renovation, relocation, installation and facility improvement projects.
• Maintain facility records and ensure compliance with safety and building requirements.
• Support office IT infrastructure and equipment including network points, telephone system, CCTV, access control and other related facilities. 

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in facility management, building operations or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, including electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with vendors.
• Good communication skills.
