HR-GA Temporary staff (C&B experience, 16 months contract)

This position will provide operational support to the Human Resources & General Affairs Department (HGD), particularly in compensation and benefits administration, tax and social insurance compliance, expatriate administration, staff engagement activities, and general administration support, ensuring efficient and compliant HGD operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation, Benefits, Tax and Insurance Administration
- Support monthly payroll preparation, calculation and verification.
- Assist in personal income tax (PIT) calculation, declaration, annual finalisation and related reporting.
- Administer social, health and unemployment insurance registrations, contributions and reconciliations.
- Prepare payroll, tax, insurance and employee benefits reports as required by management and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain payroll and benefits records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
2. Visa and Work Permit Administration
- Take charge of visa, work permit, temporary residence card and other immigration-related matters for expatriate employees.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors and relevant authorities to ensure timely application, renewal and compliance.
- Monitor expiry dates and maintain proper records of all immigration-related documents.
- Prepare periodic reports relating to expatriate administration.
3. Staff Engagement and Employee Support
- Support the planning and organisation of staff engagement activities hosted by the Human Resources & General Affairs Department, including staff events, team-building activities, wellness programmes and branch-wide initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics, communications and vendor arrangements for employee events.
- Assist in promoting employee participation and engagement initiatives.
4. General Administration Support
- Provide support for day-to-day HRGA administrative and operational matters.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Support document management, filing and record maintenance.
- Assist in coordinating office administration and other HRGA projects as assigned.
Requirements
- University degree with minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Human Resources and Administration functions.
- Strong practical experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), including payroll, personal income tax and social insurance administration.
- Experience in handling visa, work permit and expatriate administration is preferred.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese labour, tax and social insurance regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
