- Supervision of Deposits and Account Maintenance Desk.
- Monitoring of cash transactions, vault limits
- Checking of CBS Transactions
- Supervision of all operations related to tax payment
- Arranging & providing data for all reports (H.O. & Regulatory)
- Monitoring of CMS and Clearing desk.
- Liasoning with correspondent Banks
- Checking & approval of SFMS
- Monitoring of reconciliation of all sundry account’s and vostro accounts.
- Supervising housekeeping & filing of documents
- Controlling all department registers
- Data submission with regards to Internal / external audit for the department and ensuring all returns pertaining to the Team are submitted in time.
- Process improvements in areas of responsibility.
- Co-ordination with Central Hub at Delhi Ops for processing and RMs for clients transactions.
- Responsible for handling customer queries.
