Human Resource Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact person for all staff levels regarding HR issues, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee all HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring of qualified candidates.
• Execute and enhance performance management processes.
• Provide HR advice and support to the business on strategic view, HR operations and procedures.
• Advise Business Units on resolving HR related problems, offering strategic and practical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources and Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition.
• Good written and verbal communication in English skills.
• Excellent people management, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
