Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Project Execution & Monitoring: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, task assignment, and accountability. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks effectively. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and analyze project risks and issues. Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans. Escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget. Identify and manage any budget variances.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Facilitate testing and acceptance processes.
  • Project Closure: Formalize project completion, including documentation, lessons learned, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing IT projects, with a demonstrable track record of successful delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and the ability to apply them effectively based on project needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills for both Thai and English.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Experience in software development lifecycles, infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to analyzing information, making sound judgments, and solving complex problems.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with change management principles.
