Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001)
• Support compliance activities related to internal policies and external regulations
• Monitor adherence to IT policies, procedures, and standards
• Help maintain documentation of governance processes and controls
• Maintain and update IT policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Ensure proper version control and accessibility of documents
• Assist in drafting new policies when required

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT governance, IT audit, risk, or compliance
• Understanding of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL), Information security standards (ISO 27001), Risk management and internal controls, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good documentation and report-writing abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
