- Contribute to creation, enhancement and management of Early Warning (EW) Framework for wholesale banking portfolio
- Implementation, management and governance of automated Early Warning System (EWS), in accordance with RBI guidelines
- Undertake UAT from functional perspective on EWS
- Review and resolution of EW triggers from independent credit risk perspective
- Pro-active identification of borrowers with potential incipient stress and highlighting it in a timely manner for closer monitoring
- Expertise in detailed credit analysis of borrowers and highlighting key risks
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure smooth functioning of EWS
- Credit Risk Policy management and updation - internal risk policies/ regulatory guidelines/ risk management systems and procedures etc, reporting of deviations.
- Preparation of Credit Risk reports that are submitted to Regulators through compliance and regulatory reporting teams, MIS reports for Risk Management Committee / Management Committee & Top Management.

- Periodic internal and external reporting to H.O and RBI on various credit risk and portfolio analysis matter.
- Detailing and analyzing exposures, providing comparisons and trends, prescribed and specific provisions, key issues and large exposure information
- Creation of robust credit risk analytics using both internal source systems and industry data
- Ensuring the credit risk function complies with Internal Audit observations, RBI-RBS recommendations and Statutory Audit observations pertaining to Risk Management Functions.
(a) Knowledge & b) Skills:
- Relevant experience of managing credit related Early Warning activities for corporate/wholesale banking division
- Expertise in detailed credit analysis / credit monitoring of borrowers and portfolio and highlighting key risks
- Formulate/review relevant credit risk related policies from regulatory perspective on an ongoing basis
- Preparation of credit risk reports for internal monitoring and regulatory reporting
- Ability to manage internal / regulatory / statutory audits from credit risk perspective
- Expertise in wholesale Credit Processes, Credit Risk Policy management
- Sound written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
(b) Skills
- Ability to work under stringent timelines and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS office and credit risk domain knowledge.
(c) Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Early Warning Management / Credit Risk Management for Wholesale/Corporate Banking portfolio
(d) Qualifications:
- MBA/CA/CFA/Relevant Post graduation
