As a Compensation and Benefits Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of the organization’s total rewards programs, covering compensation, benefits, and HR information systems.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Participate in the annual salary and benefits review, conducting benchmarking and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist the Department Head in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit reports required by internal stakeholders, government agencies, and regional or head offices.
  • Serve as the main contact person for service providers, including healthcare and life insurance providers, retirement trustees, consultants, and drug testing centers.
  • Administer the Performance and Compensation Management modules in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and timely resolution of employee or regional inquiries.
  • Manage vendor contracts and renewals, ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures set by the General Affairs Department (GAD)
  • Act as a SuccessFactors administrator, overseeing data updates, configurations, and troubleshooting related to total rewards processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation, benefits, and statutory reporting.
  • Support internal and regional audits, providing necessary documentation and information as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and take the lead in implementing system or process enhancements, including regional ad hoc projects.
  • Perform compliance risk management by identifying, evaluating, controlling, monitoring, and reporting potential compliance risks.
  • Handle administrative HR tasks such as issuing Certificates of Employment, Clearances, and PhilHealth Certificates.
  • Serve as a backup for other HR functions as needed.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in compensation, benefits administration, and HR systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and statutory reporting requirements
