How You'll Make an Impact

• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term business planning processes of the Branch.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, expense reports, budget variance analyses, and management accounting reports.
• Support expense management initiatives and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and resource utilization.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, productivity, and key financial metrics to support management decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, management reports, and business review materials for Branch Management, Regional Office, and Head Office.
• Coordinate strategic projects, regulatory initiatives, and business improvement programs across departments.
• Drive process improvement, digitalization, automation, and data analytics initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management and the Department Head.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, management reporting.
• Strong understanding of management accounting principles, budgeting methodologies, financial analysis, and performance management.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, budget reviews, and management information materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of banking operations, financial institutions, or corporate planning functions is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, or multinational organizations.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or equivalent analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent are an advantage.
