Responsibilities:
Data & Analytics Strategy Definition & Governance
- Develop a vision and long-term Data & Analytics strategy for AI transformation aligned with a 10-year outlook and mid-term plans.
- Establish clear business goals, value quantification criteria, and a continuous measurement framework (DMAIC).
- Set up a governance framework for Data & Analytics, including AI-focused review criteria.
- Implement criteria and framework for Data & Analytics across SMBC Group
IT & Data Architecture Design & Governance
- Assess existing IT and Data Architecture capabilities and formulate design principles for AI-focused architecture.
- Define target capabilities in IT and Data Architecture, covering Data Ops, Expert AI Ops, and Agent Ops.
- Develop central vs. federated decision-making criteria. Define design authority, architecture review & budget distribution.
- Examine the IT and Data Architecture environment, evaluate talent, and implement strategies like hiring and partnerships.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of Data & Analytics experience in a large corporation
- Strategic consulting experience in top tier Management Consulting firm is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science and MBA is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, use data and logic to backup decisions and improve understanding.
- Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders across the globe.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator.
- Flexibility & adaptability to adjust priorities according to business needs.
