NE - Contractor (HCM) - TRD - Customer Sales

Education Level/certificates:

-     Essential: University graduation, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.

-     Preferable: Basic knowledge of Treasury products and banking operations.

Experience and skills:

-     Essential:

• Relevant experience in banking, Treasury, Global Markets, Operations, or customer support function is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and follow up tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong compliance awareness and attention to internal procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.

• Preferable: Familiarity with SMBC internal processes, Treasury systems, and coordination with Operations/Compliance would be an advantage.

Other remarks: Candidate should be able to support day-to-day business promptly with limited onboarding time.
